ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!
The Quality Control Plan is required by all agencies,
warehouse banks, and most investors. If your firm is closing
loans in its name, you will be asked to present a quality
control plan by someone in the investor/warehouse lending
chain!
Unlike most companies that produce quality control plans,
DONNASHI ENTERPRISES, INC. customizes
your plan based on the product you wish to offer the consumer.
DONNASHI ENTERPRISES, INC. does
NOT limit your plan to the FHA checklist, even
on an FHA QC Plan.
For example, if you broker all of your conventional loans,
yet want to offer FHA loans through HUD’s correspondent
program, you would want an FHA Correspondent QC Plan.
If your company has no intention of offering FHA loans,
you would want a Conventional Quality Control Plan. THEY
ARE VERY DIFFERENT!
FHA requires that you perform your audit within 90 days,
on a quarterly basis, if you are offering less than 100
FHA loans per years. That’s great for FHA, but what
if you are offering conventional loans to an investor
that requires you to comply with Freddie Mac standards?
Those guidelines require audits monthly, and the post-closing
audit must be completed within 90-days from commencement
date.
You can always pick and choose the plan that you want.
Your plan can have FHA features, in compliance with the
4060.1 Handbook, Section 6, or your plan can include Freddie
Mac guidelines, which located in section 48 of their seller/servicer.

created for you. Therefore, you can choose the plan that
fits your needs. And, as your company grows, contact us;

AT ANY GIVEN TIME!

will modify your plan FREE OF CHARGE, AT ANY GIVEN
TIME!

are listed below. If you select more than one plan, the
second plan is discounted to $175.00. For example, FHA
Correspondent and Conventional would be: $450.00 + $175.00.
